AcenciA Debt Strategies Limited - Amended Transaction in Own Shares 

The company wishes to advise that RNS Announcement Number 6887F released on the 13th October 2008 has been amended. 

AcenciA Debt Strategies Limited acquired on the 10th October 2008, 247,487 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares") at an average price of 73.5p per share.

The Shares purchased are held as treasury shares. The Company currently holds 3,369,379 Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 217,117,013 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
