ENDACE MAKES IMPORTANT VP HIRE AND CHANGES 
    
Recruits experienced sales leader for Asia Pacific and recognizes contribution of 
management team members
Auckland, New Zealand and Chantilly, VA - October 16, 2008 - Endace Limited (LSE/AIM: EDA), a world leader in network monitoring solutions, today announced the appointment of Phil Stone as Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific.  A thirty-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Phil brings a comprehensive history of sales, marketing and business development experience to Endace. With a career spanning senior roles at Newbridge Networks, ADC Telecommunications, Advanced Fiber Communications and Redfern Broadband Networks, Phil has lived, sold products and grown businesses in Asia, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.  

Mr Stone is currently relocating to Auckland, New Zealand in order to better serve his customer base, and will report to Rob Pollard, Endace's EVP of Worldwide Sales.  "I have known and worked with Phil for more than twenty years," said Pollard. "At a time when Endace continues to grow in multiple market segments across the globe, we are excited to have recruited a veteran of Phil's stature to lead our sales efforts in Asia Pac."  

In other changes, Bill Cantrell will now serve as Vice President of Group Corporate Development and Chris Komatas has been promoted to Vice President, Product Management and Operations. Commenting on these changes, Mike Riley, CEO of Endace stated "Bill has been a prominent figure throughout the rapid growth of our company, while Chris has added strong leadership to the key disciplines of product management and operations.
