The following beneficial holding of Ordinary shares of 1p per par value was acquired by Mr Peter Niven, Chairman of the Company, and Mrs Anne Niven on 8 August 2008.

20,000 Ordinary shares at 75.5p representing 0.0026% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mrs and Mrs Niven are now the beneficial holders of a total of 41,756 Ordinary shares of 1p representing 0.0054% of the Company's issued share capital.
