Result of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Imagelinx announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the company which was
held on 28 April 2008, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

Imagelinx also announces that the final report and accounts for the year ended
31 December have been sent to shareholders and is available to download from the
Company's website at www.imagelinxplc.com.
