Revaluation of Land - Amended Announcement
We were duly informed by the valuers, Messrs Jurunilai Bersekutu Sdn Bhd, that
the earlier valuation announced on 22 February 2008 were erroneous. We wish to
further advise the shareholders that the valuation for our land in Kajang and
Bangi is RM181,150,000 and RM262,100,000 respectively. Based on these
valuations, the Company will be reflecting the current value of the land and
incorporate them for the financial year ended 31 December 2007 accounts. This
will result in the Company having an additional Revaluation Reserve of
RM174,140,000 (RM0.41 per share), and not RM196,350,000 (RM0.47 per share) as
announced earlier. The error is deeply regretted.
