PROPOSED RENEWAL OF AUTHORITY FOR THE PURCHASE BY INCH KENNETH KAJANG RUBBER PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY OF ITS OWN SHARES

The Board of Directors' of Inch Kenneth Kajang Rubber Public Limited Company ("IKKR or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Purchase of its Own Shares ("the Proposal") at the forthcoming 98th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Statement detailing the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
