Director Shareholding
The Board announces that following a review of its announcements to the market
over recent years, it has noted that option grants made to Directors of the
Company since July 2002 and listed below, all of which have been specifically
reported in the audited Annual Report and Accounts for each subsequent year,
were not announced in accordance with AIM Rule 17.

Further to the above, and following the announcement on 1 February 2007 of the
appointment of Satish Betadpur CFA as Head of Research and CEO Asia, Mr
Betadpur's appointment to the main Board was approved by shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting on 17 October 2007 from which date his appointment to the
Board took effect.

The following disclosures regarding the appointment of Satish Betadpur, 47, to
the Board are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM rules :
