Independent Media Distribution PLC ("IMD" or the "Company")
The Company was notified today that on 10 September Michael Howard Burn acquired 576,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 35 pence per share, equating to 1.68% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following this acquisition, Mr Burn has a beneficial interest of 1,346,000 Ordinary Shares, equating to 3.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
