Independent Media Distribution plc ("IMD") announces that it has today been notified that on 22 October 2008, Mr Philip McDanell, Finance Director, purchased 67,930 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27 pence per share. 
 
 
Following this transaction, Mr McDanell now owns 155,630 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.46% of the issued ordinary share capital.
