Nasstar Plc ("Nasstar" or "the Group", AIM: NASA), has today been notified that
Damion Greef, one of the Group's non-executive Directors, yesterday purchased
5,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
35.5p per share. Following this purchase, Damion Greef has a beneficial interest
in 812,881 Ordinary Shares representing 5.62% of the issued share capital of the
Group.
