Annual General Meeting Result
The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 October 2008, shareholders voted in favour of Resolutions 1 to 8 and accordingly they were passed.
The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting set out in the Report and Accounts for the period ended 30 June 2008, copies of which are available for viewing at the Document Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority.
