Directorate Change

The Board of ORA Capital Partners Plc (AIM: ORA), the company involved in the growth and development of businesses, announces that David Norwood, Non Executive Director, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2008. At the same time, David will be giving up all of his business interests, including stepping down at the other quoted companies of which he is currently a director, to pursue a career outside the business sector.

Richard Griffiths, Chairman of ORA, commented: "I would like to thank David for his valuable contribution to the development of ORA since the time of its formation and to wish him every success for the future"
