Executive Director Information

As announced by the Company on 6 November 2008, Mr Philip Broadley joined the Company as Group Finance Director on 10 November 2008. Mr Jonathan Nicholls, the former holder of that position, accordingly stepped down from the Board of the Company yesterday.

In accordance with the obligations in Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to the appointment of a new Director to the Board, Mr Philip Broadley has declared the following information:
