Hasgrove amalgamates its digital businesses

Marketing and communications services group Hasgrove has combined its three digital businesses to create a new marketing and technology company.

The new company is called Amaze and its clients include The Cooperative Group, Greater London Authority, Lexus, The National Lottery, Northern Rail, ODEON Cinemas, Siemens Enterprise Communications and Toyota Europe.

"We are very confident that combining the communication skills of its constituent companies into the new Amaze will deliver strong synergies and create a major player within the UK digital marketplace," said Hasgrove's chief executive officer, Rod Hyde.

"The combination of the three businesses will also provide our growing list of international clients with a more comprehensive and sophisticated range of marketing communications solutions," Hyde added.

The group plans to develop a pan-European organisation within 24 months by focusing on high growth, niche areas where it can be a market leader.
