Westminster jumps on share purchases

Security services solutions provider Westminster revealed that over 300,000 shares were purchased in the group by staff and directors.

The biggest stake was bought by commercial director Roger Worrall, who bought 164,300 shares at 30p each. He increases his holding to 2.1m shares.

"It is encouraging to see so many of our staff and Directors buying shares in Westminster. It is a ringing endorsement, clearly demonstrating their commitment and belief in the future of the business," said chief executive Peter Fowler.
