Hartest Holdings (HTH) - The Express reported on Friday's EGM and the approval of the capital reorganisation, which will allow a dividend to be paid. We were also informed that trading in the first two months of the year had been better than expected and that the Group was close to completing a major contract for the AA's fleet. At 9.53 the shares were unchanged from Friday's close of 4.38p.
Paramount (PMN.L) - Saturday's Independent commented that director buying excited the market. Friday's purchases followed quickly on the heels of Chairman Guy Naggar's decision to increase his holding, which we learnt of on Thursday. The shares at 9.53 were unchanged from Friday's close of 19p.
