Interim results from Motion Media (MMD.L) are reported in a few of Saturday's newspapers. The FT provided a brief review of the results, which highlighted that costs had been cut on flat sales of £1m, while the Guardian picked up on Charles Stanley's comments. The broker described the headline results as disappointing, with revenues down 4% and summarises, "Motion Media remains a company with a great product, but with a limited track record on commercialisation". The shares were off by 0.25p this morning at 12p from Friday's close.
The sports pages of Saturday's Daily Express feature comments made by Freddie Shepherd, chairman of Newcastle Football Club about Proactive Sports (PAS.L). He is quoted, "I have no problem with Paul Stretford, in fact they are our preferred agents. I am more than happy with our relationship with Proactive." His words have done little to stir investors this morning, as the shares remain unchanged from Friday's close of 6.13p.

Penny Shares Online - penny shares research and information service.
There is an extra risk of losing money when shares are bought in some smaller companies including 'Penny Shares'. There is a big difference between the buying price and the selling price of these shares. If they have to be sold immediately, you may get back much less than you paid for them or you may have difficulty in selling them. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The price may change quickly and it may go down as well as up. You could lose every penny put into a particular share.
