Saturday’s Independent reported forward movement in the share price of Conroy Diamonds (CDG), as the Company announced a gold find in Finland. The shares remained unchanged at 4.625p this morning.
Griffin Mining (GFM) appeared in The Independent on Saturday, which suggested that takeover speculation and a bullish update from its Chinese operations were responsible for the strong share price performance. The article went on to say that in 2005 EBITDA of $400k was reported and this is forecast to rise to $37m this year and to $59m in 2007. The piece concluded that the shares are still worth holding and further improvement in the price was witnessed during this morning’s session, where it added 0.25p to reach 105.25p.
Doubts remain over the future of Hill Station (HLL), according to The Independent on Saturday. The shares remained 1.375p during trading this morning. The “Deal of the day” section of Saturday’s Times reported a rise in the share price of Oxford BioMedica (OXB) to a one-year high on news of 10-year marketing exclusivity deal for TroVax. Apparently Pfizer is pitching for the business. This news was reiterated in Saturday’s Independent and the share price added 0.25p to reach 37.50p this morning. The weekend’s FT remarked that shares in Sinosoft Technology (SFT.L) hit 35.5p, but have drifted lower following unforeseen delays. The share price was unchanged at 15p this morning.
