Penny Share Review 395

Monday 02 July 2007

Access Intelligence (ACC) appeared in Derek Pain’s column in The Independent on Saturday, which noted the business seems to be doing the right things, but that the shares are weighed down by charity holdings of 11% and links with Interlink Foods don’t help sentiment. There was no change in the share price of 5.75p earlier today.

The Mail on Sunday featured Motive TV (MTV), commenting that its new production company, Luminous, could be producing a concert at the Vatican, as part of the Live Earth music event. The event features acts like Madonna and Genesis and the Company is awaiting confirmation of the deal. Despite this speculation however, the share price was unchanged at 0.85p this morning.

Saturday’s Independent highlighted Michael Curran, Deputy Chief Executive of Supporta (SOR), selling 900,000 shares, whilst 2 other directors purchased and also reported an upturn in the Company’s share price following results. This remained 60.00p during this morning’s session.

The prices above were taken between 10.41am and 11.15am on Monday, 2 July 2007.

Risk Warning

There is an extra risk of losing money when shares are bought in some smaller companies including 'Penny Shares'. There is a big difference between the buying price and the selling price of these shares. If they have to be sold immediately, you may get back much less than you paid for them or you may have difficulty in selling them. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The price may change quickly and it may go down as well as up. You could lose every penny put into a particular share.
